"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was amazing - perfect for exploring the city and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, restaurants and shops. The rooms were on the smaller side but were clean, comfortable and fine for a city break where you're mostly out of the room. The breakfast was fairly basic with limited choice but it did the job each morning. The pool was lovely after a long day walking and exploring - overall a great base in an excellent...

"The young man who took us in was very friendly as well as the lady receptionist. But we had terrible experience with the guy that was on duty when we picked up our luggage. This man was very rude and mean! Not respectful too. Do not talk to this man if you do not want your day to be ruined. The elevator was out of order and we had a hard time carrying our luggage from 2nd floor. We are just thankful for the lady receptionist that helped out. The a/c was not working too thru out our stay though...

"Overall, this is a nice place. The walls and doors are thin! Some of the guests ignore the rule to not watch TV or listen to music after 10 pm, so you will have to knock on their door to remind them. The area is clean and usually quiet. You can find nearby shops, laundromats, and restaurants to take care of your basic needs. I would definitely stay here again!"
