"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping. Breakfast room was lovely and plenty of choice. It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room. Late night noise Fri and Sat but this was from people on the street."

"The young man who took us in was very friendly as well as the lady receptionist. But we had terrible experience with the guy that was on duty when we picked up our luggage. This man was very rude and mean! Not respectful too. Do not talk to this man if you do not want your day to be ruined. The elevator was out of order and we had a hard time carrying our luggage from 2nd floor. We are just thankful for the lady receptionist that helped out. The a/c was not working too thru out our stay though...

"We only stayed overnight but easy to get to from the metro. Close to bars and restaurants. We choose a small room due to cost but next time will look the more expensive rooms when we have more time."

"La habitación muy limpia, el personal muy amable en particular el joven colombiano, no tuvimos la oportunidad de desayunar por las actividades que teníamos programadas pero quizá a la próxima ocasión, tampoco hicimos uso del aire acondicionado porque el clima estaba genial, nos gustó el hotel, con gusto volveremos, gracias por todo."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was amazing - perfect for exploring the city and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, restaurants and shops. The rooms were on the smaller side but were clean, comfortable and fine for a city break where you're mostly out of the room.
