"We stay here a couple times a year. They are currently remodeling so there is a little mess but it does not affect your room. Breakfast is good and staff are great. Great value"

"They advertise a pool, there is NO pool, if fact it has been closed for more than a year according to the staff."

"Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The fitness center was very uncomfortable due to the preset thermostat at 76 degrees. Please fix this. It was like a sauna in there. There was no hand sanitizer. I did appreciate the cold water dispenser though."

"The sheets were old. There were hairs under our pillows that were not ours. The shower needs to be replaced. Water pools around your feet and the shower floor is very old. The pool was out of order. There was not a hot tub. The breakfast was mediocre. There was not any coffee in the lobby for my husband and I since the staff were working very hard to keep the breakfast food filled for a large amount of people staying as part of a bus tour. "There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

"Great room for the price. We didn't get to breakfast on a Sunday until the very end of the timeframe it was open and it was still fully stocked with all of the options including hot food. Will add this hotel to my list when staying in Maumee!"

"The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. "
