My experience at this extended stay hotel was disappointing. To start, there is rarely anyone at the front desk. Staff stay in the back, so guests must loudly say “hello” before anyone comes out. A small bell would make this much more convenient and professional.When I checked in, I waited about 10 minutes with no one in sight. I eventually used their phone to call the front desk. A staff member named Kim came out, did not greet me, apologize, or acknowledge the delay, she simply stood there silently. Her attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, which unfortunately continued throughout my stay. I stayed for almost a month, paying $510 per week, yet still had to pay for laundry. The first time, machines accepted cards. The second time, I had already loaded my laundry before realizing they changed to quarters only, without notifying guests. When I asked Kim about it, she gave short, unhelpful responses and appeared irritated by my questions. I ended up washing clothes by hand because I didn’t want to hunt for quarters. It is 2025, guests should not be surprised by outdated payment changes. I also had a package delivered. Other staff usually brought packages to the counter, but Kim told me to retrieve it myself with no courtesy. Overall, this hotel may be okay for a short stay, but I cannot recommend it for long-term stays.
