"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we checked in, we did not feel welcomed. The staff were unfriendly and came across as rude when speaking to us. Hospitality goes a long way, and this hotel fell short in making guests feel comfortable. The bathroom was another major issue.
