"Everyone we encountered at this location was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable, updated, and thoughtful. That said, we apparently were in the city during World Cup action, so the supplies were running low throughout--no extra blanket for the couch bed, no regular caff pods for our second morning, and a stunning lack of ice makers on each floor. We paid a lot for this weekend stay, again apparently because of World Cup travelers, and it didn't feel like what we paid was reflected in what was available. But during regular times with regular rates, this would be a fantastic place to stay in Center City."
