"We booked this fairly last minute for an event the next day at Olympia, and it was perfect. 2 minute walk from the train station and handy location above two shops where we were able to get forgotten items such as toothbrushes. Apartment was a perfect size for us as a family of four, clean and everything we needed. Only down side was people in neighbouring apartments slamming their doors repeatedly up until 10pm which wasn’t ideal before an early start but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Would...

"The property itself was functional, clean and comfortable, however, I was provided with a room in the basement directly above the underground, so noise from that prevented me from getting to sleep and woke me much earlier than I would like. There was also significant traffic noise late into the evenings from the busy road outside (sirens, motorbikes, cars with noisy exhausts, etc.)."

"Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments.
