Nice hotel in Erzurum...

The owner was nice and they had soup for breakfast which was a surprising plus. One minus: it is kind of far from the city center but this was obvious before we made RSVP

ücretsiz otopark yok

uzunsüre kalamadım 6 saatlik bir konaklamam oldu.ancak açıklamalarında ücretsiz otopark yazıyordu.otoparkı sorduğumda otel önünde boş yer varsa çekebilirsiniz dediler ama boş yer yoktu tabiki ücretli otoparka bırakmak zorunda kaldım.bunun haricinde ters bir durum yoktu gayet iyiydi

Das Besuch im Hotel Ds yedi kapi war sehr schön bis aus das der Aufzug klein ist und im Flur ab und an nach essen gerochen hat das WLAN war sehr gut die Erreichbarkeit in die Stadt mega innerhalb von 7 Minuten.

Kahvaltı saat 7:00 da başlıyor saat 7:00 da inmeme rağmen kızartmalar soğuktu. Birde asansöre bindiğinizde çalan ezgi korkutucu olabilir hazırlıklı olun :)

Good location but unhelpfull staff

Staff speak little english. I booked a tripple room was tild that I have to take an extra room as only two beds in one room so we had taken an extra room for extra charge.

Off the beaten track

Lack of English was an issue for us as we dont speak Turkish but the staff really tried to help and the stay was comfortable and the sites interesting as there is not much tourism here despite plenty of history and interesting buildings.

Great value! Clean, comfortable and quiet.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. Staff do not speak any English so this may be an problem for some international toursits but I got by work smile and signals and a few Turkish words. Still the staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Çok iyi bir konumda kısa kayak tatilimi çok güzel geçirdim. sabah otele çok yakın konumda otobüs durağından otobüse bindim palandökene. Otel kahvaltısı çok iyi oda temiz ve sıcak wifi hızlı daha ne olsun teşekkürler.
