Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. Believe I booked an Ocean view through Expedia, but did not receive that however, it could’ve just been implied unable to confirm I would not recommend this hotel. 3/10 would not...

"Struttura nel complesso ottima. Le cose che non mi sono piaciute sono state il parcheggio a pagamento, 18€ al giorno, se si vuole parcheggiare all’interno della struttura. Al di fuori i posti auto non sono accessibili, bisogna girare parecchio. La cucina e la pulizia degli ambienti perfetti. Il personale, in particolar modo Piera, molto disponibili."

"My stay was perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious and had a kettle and fridge which is just what I needed. The hotel is clean and modern. Close to shops, sunset strip and beach. The bar and restaurant had a great range of drinks and meals of good quality and reasonable price. Without a doubt on my next trip to Ibiza I will stay here again. "I also didnt want to leave an amazing review as i dont want this place to be as popular. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful and as a solo traveller this is always a bonus. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and just beyond that is the sea. Perfect weather and views all round. The food and drinks at the bar are so reasonably priced and both excellent. Special thanks to Ana she is amazing and also Mario for making me feel so at home."
