"We have been staying at this hotel on three occasions during this year. It’s very much worth the price. Very helpful and nice staff. As much as you can drink coffee in the lobby area all day. Ample parking. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but several restaurants in the area, my favorite is the STP burger place a full 50 meter walk to the east. There is also a 24 hour minimart beside the hotel. The pool area is not very big and it only has four sun beds, two tables with fixed benches and sunshade and about 5 chairs, During our last stay, we used the pool area 4 or 5 times, and it was newer a problem getting sun beds or chairs. Avoid getting one of the rooms adjacent to the side entry’s. The hotels main entrance is closed during the night, and some people have the habit of slamming those metal gates shut. I will surely be staying there again for my next trip to the area."
Inn By The Sea La Jolla

"We had a good stay at Inn by the Sea and would consider staying here again. The location was the biggest highlight for us — it felt quiet, safe, and relaxing, while still being walkable to La Jolla restaurants, shops, the Cove, and places to grab dessert or ice cream in the evening. It was a nice home base for a short getaway. The hotel itself was comfortable and practical. Having a pool was a nice bonus, especially during the heat wave, and it gave us a place to cool off and relax when it was too hot to keep wandering around. A couple of downsides: the A/C was noisy, which may bother some guests, and there is no on-site gym. For a short trip, that was manageable, but for a longer stay we would probably compare other hotels with better amenities. Overall, it was a good, convenient, and comfortable stay in a great La Jolla location. I would recommend it for travellers who want a quieter, walkable base rather than staying directly in busier San Diego."

"We had a great time at this hotel, will definitely stay here again! Room was clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub were so nice at sunset, and the beachfront location can’t be beat!"

"I was there for two nights stay was great lady there said no room service untill I check out I did ask for more towels they were never brought to me so I went to get them on front desk no big deal over all was ok pool was clean and bbq was also clean to be used I would recommend to friends and family members"
