"For $250 per night, it was very poor. Pictures make it look new and it’s not. Felt ripped off and other guests were loud in the hallway at 2:30am. Couldn’t leave fast enough. Disappointing!!! "

"Very clean and spacious room, and the property was well maintained. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were uniformly gracious, kind, and professional--a real highlight of the stay. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to Old Town Temecula, and given the traffic, you might want to choose that option.
Pets are permitted for a $75 fee, and there's a "pet relief station" at the back with sand and some poop bags. The parking lot has ample space for a small dog to stretch its legs.

"This property is ok, but it really needs some TLC. Our room had a list of issues. Some is bad maintenance and some is shoddy maintenance. I thought Embassy Suites was a nicer hotel but after dealing with our room, I would say it is definitely not. The staff were terrific from check in to the chef at breakfast. But, clean ALL the things like the chandelier in the lobby and fix the wonky elevators. Inspect every room for issues that need addressing. "

"Estuvimos en el Piso 1o del lado de la carretera, habitación grande pero oscura y algo de ruido.
El desayuno bueno, la chica del restaurante amable, al igual que la señora de limpieza.
La chica de recepción poco flexible con el ingreso al cuarto 1 hora antes, aunque el cuarto estaba listo.
La alberca interna pequeña y un poco descuidada.
Las fotos no son tan reales de los espacios comunes.

"The hotel is descent for the price! It’s very convenient for families who are visiting Legoland. It’s about a 5-7 min drive.
Pros: Free parking, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and great staff (we forgot a cell phone in the room and the front desk called us immediately to notify us).
Cons: The beds are pretty firm. I’ve stayed at various hotels and these were not comfortable. You will need to drive if you want to pick up food or dine out. The only thing located within walking distance is...
