"It was a nice experience there, my room was upgraded to a suite and it was great, views from the room was magical, room was clean and spacious , bathroom was clean and it had a jacuzzi, the spa session was beautiful and relaxing, pool was warm, breakfast was delicious and staffs were nice"

"Was extremely amazed by the building beautifull inside well done out. Pool was very nice good sauna and steamroom. However i was disappointed with breakfast. I love a buffet breakfast but it was described on expedia as a "free breakfast" not "breakfast included" the difference was a extremely limited one table continental breakfast and a menue order for a cooked breakfast. Further disappointed by the size one extremely small sausage 2 bacon tiny tiny cup of baked beans with eg ect, not a cumbria...

"hotel very handy for shops etc.
very good room (3) surprised really. all the usual bed bath shower etc but this room included a lounge area and a bit of a kitchen area. sink fridge and for some reason a dish washer . in the cupboards was one plate . no glasses so we was baffled.
the room was a bit warm but wasnt a problem .
The bar is ok but could do with more choice of real beers
breakfast we had Washington grill which was very tasty.
for those visiting Cumbria this hotel is 30 min drive from...

"Food at the Inn arrived incorrectly, and tasteless. It was removed from the bill.
When we entered our room the toilet seat almost fell off when moved. The heater in the room was broken.
We used the hotel pool facility. The changing rooms were dirty.
Dirty nappies in the swimsuit dryer.
Sauna out of order. Broken drains on the jacuzzi.
When the bubbles were on in the jacuzzi the water smelled stale and unclean.
On reporting the cleanliness of the facilities after complaining previously about...

"My third time staying here. It's always spotlessly clean. Lovely family run B&B, everyone is so friendly. Great breakfast as well. Highly recommend "

"Room is very basic. Breakfast is basic. Nice chef though, came specially to apologise for the limited options. In general the B&B is overrated extremely overpriced. Not happy at all that I booked it"
