"Desk manager was rude. Our key card would not work. Made 4 trips up and down the stairs, finally she came up and after 10 trys with her card she got the door opened. She told us she would get it taken care. Couldn't leave the room because we had no key. We never heard another word? Left the next morning, no word. We have stayed her before and had a good experience. Its a older place but the rooms are getting dated. Guess we have to try somewhere else next time."

"Hotel was fine. Blackout drape in room made it especially dark which was nice. Location up on hill was a bit difficult to locate at first. The maid service was the only disappointment in that the room was not cleaned on the second day. New towels were left but a dirty one was left on the floor and the empty tissue box was not replaced.
