There are no restaurants or sights within walking distance, and it’s still a 25 minute drive to the airport. Since the hotel restaurant was closed for a group event the night we were there, we walked around trying to find somewhere to eat, but the neighbourhood did not feel safe at night. "We had a lovely stay at rockypop. We picked this hotel as we needed car parking but was well located to easily get into Marseille centre. Good amenities with arcade games, rooftop and bar/restaurant. Room was nice and roomy and in good condition. The only downside during our stay was the air con was not working properly for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed so it wasn’t the most comfortable night sleep the first 2 nights. The issue was fixed by our last night. Overall I would recommend this hotel....

"Don't think, just book! This place was by far the largest stay for a reasonable price. There is a small washer and the room had laundry detergent. We chose this place specifically for personal access to a washing machine and it was great! We felt so refreshed booking this half-way through our trip. There was also a working record player. We weren't able to connect through wifi though. But other than that, it had lots of space, a washer, and kitchen!"
