"Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est magnifique, les prestations sont de grande qualité et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace spa, très agréable (même si nous avons parfois constaté que la règle concernant la présence des enfants après 18h30 n’était pas toujours respectée). Un petit point d’amélioration concerne le service du snack. Le serveur est très volontaire et sympathique, mais il semble clairement débordé : manque de cartes disponibles,...

The reception staff promptly responded to all of my email enquiries - I booked ski passes, transfers and ski hire through them which made our stay so smooth and hassle free. Room was clean, great view, lovely restaurants and just a great vibe. We will be returning! "

"Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. "Vi hade en fantastiskt upplevelse på hotellet. Lägenheten var fräsch och såg precis ut som på bilderna. Perfekt läge med 5 min promenad till kabinbanan. Hotellet var snabba i kommunikationen och kunde hjälpa till med alla våra önskemål. Det enda som skulle kunna vara bättre är regelbunden städning (det kostade extra och de kom inte när vi hade beställt) samt tillgång till badrockar, åtminstone på spat. Men överlag är vi jättenöjda och kommer gärna igen. "
