"The apartment is very spacious and it is safe as there is a secure entrance into the private courtyard. The appliances are great as are the washrooms. The communication with the property is all done online and is professional and clear. If you need something they are quick to reply. My only feedback is that the furniture looks used and is a bit stained, and you are expected to bring out your garbage and recycling but you are left with no bags to do so. "This is my 2nd stay at this resort. This was again a lovely enjoyable holiday. A special mention to the reception staff from check in to check out were all so friendly and helpful. Plus the free mini bus shuttle service was so reliable and convenient. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back."

"Bei Claudia und ihrem Team blieben keine Wūnsche offen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und der Innenhof läd zum verweilen ein. Unser Zimmer war großzügig und comfortable, modern und sehr sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und sehr ruhig und trotzdem fussläufig zur Altstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk mit einem Balkon über die gesamte Länge des Zimmers. Die Gastgeberin Claudia ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn wir wieder nach Faro kommen, checken wir gerne wieder...
