Cari Kondominium di Esperance

"While an older property in need of a refresh, this is a very conveniently located property, well maintained, cleam, and well staffed by professional, welcoming employees."

"Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. BIG drawbacks were the front doors have no automation- not sure how that is ADA compliant. Have to try to hold them open and drag luggage through two sets of doors. Next, there is not an elevator. I had to drag two suitcases, my briefcase and purse up the stairs to the second floor. Fortunately, I can make a few trips and successfully do this, but it would not be safe for someone with issues with balance or strength."

"The stay was fine, the price was perfect, the place just needs a renovation. It's the only hotel/motel in town and it's a college town, so I would think you want to be a nice place to stay. It worked for what we needed, the staff was great. The big complaint i have was the pull out couch/bed was broken."

"Good quiet budget hotel. Solid continental breakfast. Would come again if returning to the NY capital region."

"Breakfast was meh. Same ole, same ole. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I don’t mind if there are scrapes here and there but the woodwork here and there was really chipped and, well, just tired looking. We have stayed here once before and everything was really nice. Maybe we were in a wing that hasn’t been renovated yet."

"The first disappointment was how close by the road was.It makes sense for an old hotel, but I found the constant noise and traffic unpleasant and certainly for sitting on the verandah. Also no breakfast is served which is mentioned on website though it definitely was not happening. And lastly I found it tacky to demand a dollar each for drinks in the beverage area.If it costs that much they could incorporate it in the room charge. It just seems unwelcoming"
