"Unfortunately we seem to have been given the worst unit despite all the others being empty!
No heater, broken shower head, shower draining too slowly to cope with the flow, table dangerously unstable, toilet consistently running, bench sofas which weren’t comfortable at all. "

"The front desk and people who run the hotel were beyond rude and unkind- spiteful might I add. The standard apartment they offer, had mold and damages everywhere. Clearly could tell they lack upkeep and real hospitality training there. All around was an awful experience."

"The room was cold without heating and the bathroom windows would not shut which didn’t help the cold at this time of year (November)
There was no parking as most of the car park was dug up but we had checked and it said parking available

"This property was really nice. Seemed new. Thoughtful note and welcome basket. Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. I highly recommend.
My only caveat is to bring your own water as the water from the tap tasted undrinkable. "
