"Amazing staff"

"Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días."

"The junior suite was great for our visit to Porto - nice size bedroom area and a separate living area. But the outdoor balcony was the best. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony relaxing and watching life happen in Porto. The location is ideal, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the extremely touristy areas. The staff at check-in, for breakfast and room service were great. Our only bad experience was one evening at the rooftop bar where we had difficulty getting...

"The hotel was very pleasant .It has a restaurant and small bar area .The breakfast was ok but much of the same stuff most of the time .Sometimes the food was a bit cold and over cooked even though we went for breakfast at different times . There is not much around the hotel area at all apart from the FC Porto football ground but taxis are only 6 euro to the centre. "

"The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. The room was beautiful and I loved using the spa amenities as well! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! :-)"

"Front desk was very helpful with showing and explaining everything in the room.The room was large and well appointed with only downside was the view was of people in the alley at eye level. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and alot of choices. Front desk also hepled with a map of sightseeing and places of interest."

"On Saturday the restaurant not only offered gastronomic treasures as a treat but also the musician who played the piano and sang was superb….in general, a rare find as an experience….I highly recommend this hotel!"
