"Family owned, my room was barebones but clean and quiet. Nice linens and towels. Limited electric outlets. Coffee and tea 24 hours, cold breakfast 6 to 10 am. Candy, ice cream and frozen dinners for sale in lobby. Friendly staff. Convenient to UV college and hospital, shops. pm"

"It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. Just a 9 minute walk to shopping and dinning and a 6 minute walk to the waterfront park. I loved the beverage stations on each floor offering tea, coffee, hot cocoa, and water (sparking or flat!) We had breakfast at Lily Mays, little pricey but the food ..."
