"Good location close to bus station and alot of food options within short walking distance.
The surrounding area did seem a little dodgey but fortunately we didn't have any negative encounters compared to others.
Staff were lovely and courteous, often greeting guests passing through reception.
Breakfast, although limited options, was satisfying.

"Located in the historic area, where the architecture is lovely. I walked from/to here every day and had no concerns of the neighborhood.
Rooms and breakfast were a class above a regular modern tourist hotel. And the staff are friendly and helpful.

"Good location for the hop on bus tour, not many restaurants locally. But 15 mins walk away and there were plenty.

"After arriving from a long International flight, I called the hotel to find out where I get the Van to the hotel. Unfortunately, I dont speak spanish and the hotel staff doesnt speak English. I phoned the hotel but the rude receptionist hang up on me more than 4 times because she xouldnt speak English. Very Frustating! Finally, after multiple phone calls, someone else answered the phone and the communication was stablished.
