"This is the only place I stay in Tijuana, it’s very comfortable, love the rooms, customer service is amazing. Maintain very clean. Wake up early and they are many people maintaining the premises clean, even the huge fountain at the entrance I’ve seen taking water out and actually scrubbing it down completely before filling it up again. Everyone wants to help with your luggage, bags etc."

"This hotel is good and clean very quiet .Staff will provide toilet paper ,clean towels ,trash bags and cleaning if you want them to enter room.Has a restaurant first floor food is good .You need to leave a deposit of $200 mexican pesos thats about $10 when you arrive they will give to you when you check out the hotel the last day .The rooms are inside the building this hotel is safe recommend to stay here and prices are reasonable for stay at hotel and food at restaurant. "

"The room looks old, but that was not a problem. It was dirty and a lot of small insects, small cockroaches, walking on the floors, small fleas on the bed and the carpet. I think my biggest concern were the small insects, the room maybe the hotels needs a fumigation ASAP !"
