"The airport shuffle was very easy to find. Staff was on top of things and the kitchen had everything you needed right there. However, the shower was clean when I got there and there was hair in the shower from other guest prior to my stay. The water wasn’t very hot and yellow. But overall good stay. "

"The room was very clean and had great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly. The space is beautiful and charming. Bartender and Restaurant staff were exceptional and the food was amazing. My only piece of feedback would be to add some lounge chairs near the pool. But next time I come back to St Thomas there is no doubt I’m staying at Hotel 1829! "

"We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and had to move to another unit second day of stay. Called in the morning to report leak. No one told us we had to move to another unit till 3 pm in the afternoon while we were getting ready to go to St. John for dinner reservations. We had to move all of our stuff at 9:30 at night along with all the groceries we Chad just purchased. Very inconvenient. The attendant helping hardly lifted a finger to help. No compensation for this inconvenience. Told the...
