"This was our first all-inclusive experience and we were not disappointed. I wish that staff did a better job with clearing the sargasm, I also wish that there was more food availability besides the two options that were there. The coffee was honestly lacking flavor, but we drink it and we're happy to be in a place we had never been. Staff were very kind; additionally, I wish that room service was available for moments when we did not feel like getting up to go eat but would have liked to relax in our room. The overall appearance of the facility was very clean with the exception of people throwing their trash everywhere which was kind of annoying but not the facilities fault. "

"The staff was friendly. The pool was a nice temp. The photographer did a great job with the angles on the photos. I almost didn’t recognize the property when I arrived. The interior of the room met expectation and were very clean. "

"Loved the beach, it’s like a private cove - we really enjoyed the rooms as well, clean and spacious. Our favorite part of the island, we decided to stay 2 more days. Staff extra helpful and kind, truly enjoyed our time with my husband. Would definitely recommend and return! Some of the reviews I read, I questioned, but we are so glad we choose to stay here. We went to check out other hotels and this was our favorite stay!! Thank you again for making our week long vacation unforgettable"

"We were greeted by Doug the owner. He helped us bring our bags to our room. Room was decorated nicely and had everything you would need. AC was excellent. Doug and his wife bought property about a year ago and you can tell they have put alot of thought into it. St. Croix is delightful..The Cove is a gem. Best of luck!!"

"Beach is great. Evening restaurant slow not enough staff. Hit and mosquitoes abound. Food average at best. No elevator The driveway where you check in was made for very small cars Parking near the main entrance was tough. There is really only one beach that you can use. The staff is great and do the best they can. Room ceiling fan made a clunk clunk noise. The room toilet was very small. The one beach was great."
