"The balcony had an excellent view. The bar was adequately stocked and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to sleep past 4:30 AM bring earplugs!! The roosters start their very loud cockadoodle doing at 4:30AM and are relentless! Warm showers are not guaranteed. "

"The property is clean, safe, and the owner is attentive and responds quickly. We had peaceful nights throughout. The only thing I would recommend is to get dinner and drinks before you go in for the evening because there is no restaurant or bar on property. Nothing is super close so plan accordingly. We asked for a microwave and they brought us one right away which was helpful. I would recommend to stay"

In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. "I spent the week and not once did the cleaning staff check the room or even offer fresh towels. For the price and if you've got a week of destinations, its fine for sleeping until the rooster crows in the 5am hour. The island is a neat destination. If the owner if the Castle owns this resort, please put some money into this little gem. An update and staff are all it needs."

"Full of bugs Beds were not usable. Had metal poking up on both beds, screaming kids until 1 o’clock in the morning, banging on the walls and screaming rundown building when we asked for another unit, the other unit was exactly the same had bugs in it run down worthless bed the owner that told us that if we wanted a refund we had to turn over the keys and leave right now that was at 1:30 in the morning we had to sleep with our car on the streets of St. Croix.
