"Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms. "The room was nice and cold but the shower did leak a lot. And the 2 men at the front desk were wonderful but the ladies in the morning on 6/28 were very rude and not helpful at all and the restroom by the front desk was disgusting there was crap all over the toilets and when I let the ladies up front know they just said ya we know but shushed me off. But besides that we had a great visit to that city"

"The service at the Ayres Hotel was great. I left my room for maybe an hour and a half and when I got back my bed was already made my dirty linen had been replaced. Not to mention they had made a flower out of the toilet paper. I was very impressed. The lighting was amazing in the room, the beds were so comfortable, and the AC was just perfect. Overall, this was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent stay. We arrived late and still no problem checking in. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy, the shower worked great, and the breakfast offered so many choices. Our only complaints were 1) the noise from nearby freeway traffic (specifically semi trucks) and 2) the blackout shades didn’t keep out enough early morning sun to allow us to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."
