"Overall the stay was excellent,the rooms were nice and clean, housekeepers were awesome, service was better than expected, only issue I had was the young girl, at the front desk, shes very rude, and I believe she needs to be trained better bcuz she doesn't know how to check in people, she charged my card for one night almost 300 when I paid for it online,and when I tell her she responded well what do u want me to do about refund u or wat???? Well first off don't b rude ur mistake not mine so talk to me with a different tome second of all, well ya I want a refund y am j gonna pay twice for one night, rolled her eyes and said well I don't know how, well figure it out them"
