It was nice but room was smaller than anticipated and no matter what kept tracking dirt and leaves in but it was really nice and enjoyed our time there

I really enjoyed staying at the property. The staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the lounge area where there were several games to play, snacks, drinks, music streaming. They have a lovely fire pit and outdoor seating areas. An outdoor movie/sauna area, pool, hammocks, pickleball court and ping pong table. The property is surrounded by forest with trails. I will definitely stay at the property again if I find myself in the area. The only con was the driveway/road between the street, buildings, and other areas of the property. Due to the roots of the trees, the blacktop/rock road surface and outdoor seating areas are difficult to maneuver for individuals that are wheelchair bound or those who have difficulty walking. I do not suggest you avoid the property due to this, just that you are aware and are prepared.

Walls are very thin. We could hear the person next door snoring all night. The people above us stomped around excessively until midnight. The guests next to us sat outside, laughing and whooping it up until midnight, as well. Then, there was the man who was roaming the grounds at 5:30 AM yelling incessantly. So…not very restful or peaceful. Also, it’s fine that there is no housekeeping, but then the rooms need more than one small trash bin.

Great place with great people that care! The outdoor facilities make this former motel a special place with newly remodeled rooms and a great outdoor area to relax and enjoy nature. We saw deer and other wildlife in the trails area, nice to be close to nature but convenient to everything else in Eureka Springs.

The good: The pool is heated and the staff do an amazing job turning down the property getting the fire pits going in the main circle. The owners are extremely nice and the staff were always helpful! The rooms were extremely clean and smelled nice, too. The complimentary eye patches and mints were a nice touch in the rooms. The lounge was gorgeous and inviting. There is a trolley stop right outside of the property and they’re extremely dog friendly! Room for improvement: I would have liked the lounge where the complimentary coffee was stored to open at 7am as posted, though. The fire pits in the pool area were not turned on in the evening and the outdoor theater never played anything while we were there. I’m note sure if these would have been available by request as we didn’t ask. The towels at pool area were not always stocked and the parking lots and surfaces on pickleball court could have been blown off every morning or evening to clear the debris that was mounting up each day. All-in-all the property was one of the nicest in the area and located in a nice spot near downtown, restaurants, grocery store, and ice cream! The staff were helpful and sweet. The feel of the property was luxe and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would definitely stay again in the future!

The property was beautiful and the rooms completely updated/modern. Everything clean and the amenities were beyond what we expected. Everything staff member we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and pleasant. I forgot a small bag and it was already discovered and put in the office before I even called about it. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!!

Had a lovely two night stay. I appreciated how accommodating they are with pets and the visible upgrades around the property were really nice. I will most definitely be back!

The beds were very comfortable. A lot of outside areas to sit and relax. The pool area was very nice also. Someone was always cleaning and sweeping. A bonfire at night. It was very quiet. Very pleased with the accommodations.

Make sure you get their prior to 10 pm to check in, and the office is at the rear of the property. This was the only concern we ran into; we arrived at 9:56 pm. The room was great and would stay there again!

The hotel is very quaint and was the perfect location for our event during the Eureka Springs Corvette Show. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and happy to assist when needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, in any hotel. Lots of fluffy pillows and extra blankets were available, if needed. The bath towels are large and very absorbent. The fire pit, sauna and cold plunge were awesome as well. The shower area is rather small and the hot water temperature could be a tad warmer. My only significant complaint centered around the main lodge area where the coffee is served. Since most rooms do not come equipped with coffee makers, guests must go over to the lodge’s office to get coffee. They advertise as being open at 0700 each day, which is a bit late for those of us who are early risers, but in reality, the office opens at 0700 and then it takes the staff another 10 to 15 minutes to brew the first pot of coffee. If coffee hours are advertised as being open at 0700 that should mean coffee is ready to be served to customers. This morning my husband went to grab a cup of coffee at 730 and the office wasn’t even open. So while almost everything else exceeded our expectations, the frustration over this coffee issue every morning was a big negative for us.

I was impressed with how clean the outdoor amenities such as hammocks and the ping pong table were as well as the seating at the outdoor theater. The room was really nice, but the bathroom was so tiny. It has a large shower but only about a 20" area to stand outside of the shower with the door opening into that space and the toilet taking up the rest of the room. The beds were really comfy but the room was humid and a little musty. That being said, I would gladly come back again. One suggestion I have is to have the lights behind the bed on a dimmer switch for more ambient lighting. All of the lights were very bright. The tv was a great size. Everyone there was really nice and helpful.

This property is being remodeled and renovated. Lots of thoughtful unique features are being added. The outdoor areas are very nice, from the lighting and seating around fire pits, to the sauna, cold plunge tub, beautiful pool, a small pickleball court with equipment provided, and some gravel trails. The lounge has coffee and tea available. There is a staff member there to answer questions and offer assistance from early morning until 10 pm. Our room was clean with very comfy beds and a great shower. The property is very dog friendly. We only had one night there, but I really hope to go back to explore Eureka Springs and I’d definitely stay at Forest Springs again. Thanks for a really nice stay!

We had a blast at our stay at Forest Springs Resort! We stayed in one of the forest facing, patio rooms and it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 2 dogs! We loved the trails on property and all of the amenities. The cold plunge and sauna were *chefs kiss* and so unique! The resort was also only about a 5 min drive to downtown, very close to a trolley stop, and walkable to some great restaurants like a breakfast diner and an Irish pub! Thanks for a great stay.

We loved our stay! Such a unique place with so much character, and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Being able to bring our dogs made it even better—they loved it just as much as we did! We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Outdoor firepit, with tons of seating. Great pool with a deep end for those who like to play. Sauna, cold plunge, were some of my favorite things. Pickleball court and hammocks hanging from the trees. Didn't use the spa but looked very nice and if we had more time would have used it. Room was clean and looked to be newly renovated (if it wasn't it looked well taken care of.) All in all it was a great place. Then you take into account the cost per night and it makes it even more of deal. We'll worth the money. Will book here in the future!
