This place is a 7 minute walk from downtown Eureka Springs!!! Wondeful place! Breakfast was delicious and the gentleman who took care of us was delightful!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! I loved the jetted tub. The bed mattress felt kind of old and and bathroom could use a little more cleaning, but overall it was a nice stay.

The mattress " felt kind of old"? The mattresses in the rooms are less than 5 years old and have padded mattress covers on them. The bed spread in that room is 6 months old. I am sorry that you felt the bed was not adequate. The bathroom is cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner made by Comet and the Jacuzzi tub is disinfected and ran with a special cleaner to assure it is sanitized. The wood floors are from 1883 in it as is the sink. It as been remodeled along with all the rooms in the past 5 years. You should have told me of concern about the bathroom and we would have recleaned it to assure it is was ready. Thanks for your feedback.

Romantic Getaway
My husband and I spent a one night stay in the Gabriel suite to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and explore Eureka Springs, to which we had never been! We live about two hours away from the location and I was picking my husband up from work on the way to Heart of Hills, so I planned ahead and let the owner know that we would not be able to make it by the a lotted time slot for check-in (3pm-7pm) and that we would be arriving by 8pm. He very patiently awaited our arrival and was so kind to let us know if any eat/drink places were open during that time. The suite was extremely clean and very homey! He explained all the amenities that were available to us in our suite before leaving us for the night. We had a wonderful nights rest, and were continually treated in the morning with a delicious homemade breakfast that was made to our food preferences! He was so kind and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will stay when we come to visit the town again! 😊

Romantic- close to downtown
Very sweet little area, close enough to downtown to walk so that’s great! I love breakfast brought to the room, this is why we pick this place over & over!

Cozy wee room
David, the owner, was very cordial and helpful when we arrived. We arrived several hours ahead of schedule and he was was able to have it cleaned and prepared for us within minutes after our arrival.

Life Saver
I was in Eureka for a wedding and forgot my button down shirt for my suit. The proprietor lent me a shirt as Eureka doesn't have a gentleman's clothing store. He saved the day for me.

Spring visit
Loved staying here! Adorable cottage with cute loft bedroom if you bring kids and queen downstairs for us. Neighborhood is fun to walk in, pleasant walk to area attractions and downtown. Breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful Place
We stayed in Summit Suite which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing - made with fresh, local ingredients. We will definitely be going back!

Stayed in the Carriage House which has such a musty mildewy odor it was just overbearing! We should have requested a refund and stayed somewhere else. Was NOT worth $225.00 at all. Both of us had stuffed up sinuses all night so bad we couldn't even sleep. My husband went up in the loft in the middle of the night and slept because the bed on main level was so bad. Makes me wonder how much mold is lurking in the walls. The bed is horrible and feels like you're sleeping in mud. The deck hadn't been cleaned so I had to find the broom and sweep off the dead leaves and branches, clean the dirty table off with paper towels and cover the chair pads so we could sit out and enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine. We have stayed at Heart of the Hills before, but usually in the Summit Room. Since it was booked we thought we would give the Carriage House a try.....BAD idea. We will never stay here again. This room should be taken off the market!

Sorry you experienced such a horrible stay and yet never once mentioned any negative comments so I could correct the issues at all. The leaves are falling really hard that time of year and you were right under multiple trees. I get compliments all the time on the bed, it's softness and the pillows so again that is rather shocking you did not like them I coulc have changed the pillows and taken the mattress covers off for you had to mentioned that. The musty smell? I am at a loss as the cleaning products have a faint scent to them and it is not musty? WIsh you had said something at the time so it could have been corrected.

Our Second Honeymoon!
It was our 15th anniversary. We hadn't been away since our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time! The owner is a sweet man who offers suggestions for places to go and the breakfast is amazing! I looked at other B&B's while driving sround and we sure picked the best one.

A wonderful break from reality...
We have now stayed at the Inn twice. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and the delivered-to-your-door full breakfast is excellent! The proprietor is friendly and a knowledgeable guide to the attractions offered in Eureka Springs. Recommended. If you're a dog lover, don't forget to say hello to his Scottish terrier, Cooper!

We liked the area of the inn but when there are cobwebs on the couch and ant traps on the floor , when you can't sit on the outside furniture because it is dirty, this is not an inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, well done and presented. Very disappointed.

I searched out the cobweb and found one small one missed in the cleaning. The small red bait stations are for sugar ants that are rampant this time of year due to the rains and seeking out food. The exterminator comes quarterly and of course sprays but for sugar ants the bait stations work best. So I guess see a bait station on occasion in carefully stationed areas or have sugar ants as they are fast and plentiful. It is the mountains and the wild life is matched by the little critters as well

Quaint cottage was perfect for the three amigos getaway but the highlight was the breakfast that was delivered to our room. When I took the first bite of bread pudding with chocolate, pecans, topped with lemon curd I was amazed.

Surprised there was no shower, but a tub with a pull out shower head / Very small and cramped / Location close to downtown shopping district / I liked the assigned parking for the labeled unit / The breakfast was excellent / The host was very accommodating

Yes the Gabriel is the smallest room and the pictures and amenities listed accurately describe the room. It has a two person jacuzzi tub but the shower is a handheld one.

Relaxing weekend
Fantastic, quiet, bed and breakfast tucked away on one of the many historic streets in Eureka Springs. The host was friendly and professional. He also made my wife and I one of the BEST breakfasts either of us had ever eaten. High quality ingredients and delicious flavor.

Mother/daughter weekend trip
We stayed in the Carriage house which had an extra bed in a loft for my teenage daughter to sleep. The cottage was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfasts were amazing and the host was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage of staying the Carriage house is that is was further from the wifi and thus internet was weak/intermittent. Can't wait to stay there again.

Great location for events at the nearby Crescent H
Great breakfast!!!! Everything was comfy but for the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. Nice jacuzzi.

Toppers to the mattresses have been added to the rooms so can adjust the bed to the needs of individual guests more.

Lovely B&B situated in Eureka Springs.
Friendly staff provided many recommendations of things to see and restaurants to try. Breakfast was amazing!! It is so peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee and breakfast on the patio. Very cute "apartment" with a comfy bed and a view overlooking the garden. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone! The walk up the hill from the shops on Spring St is killer but with off-street parking, I would look into renting scooters next time.

Yes we are just 3 blocks for heart of downtown, on the Trolley route as well. Hiking and biking are great pass tomes here in town as well.

Beautiful 1800's B&B
The lovely B&B was built in the 1800's, and is very clean and comfy! The front is full of beautiful flowers and gives the appearance off a page from Better Homes and Gardens! The owner was very hospitable and informative on places to visit during our stay. Hot homemade breakfast delivered to our door was to die for! Highly recommend and hope to visit again!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great place to stay in Eureka Springs
My daughters and I had a lovely girls getaway at Heart of the Hills. The cottage was charming and comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were creative and tasty. David was super nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Eureka Springs experience.
We stayed for two days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Enjoyed the historical tour and learning about the city's deep history. Highly recommend. Once you have a little cultural background, you'll appreciate the building structure and why it is like it is today. We enjoyed going though the many shops and everyone was friendly. There are many great restaurants with a variety of foods too choose from.

Changed the coffee system in each room to Keurig system and extra is available along with tea and hot chocolate as requested.
