From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, and our room was comfortable with plenty of space for our family.
The location was fantastic. It was easy to get around Paris using public transportation, and we were conveniently located near many of the city’s major attractions. We also felt safe walking around the neighborhood, which was especially important since we were traveling with our children.
The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet at night, and everything felt exactly as expected from a Hyatt property. After a stressful start to our vacation, this hotel gave us the relaxing and enjoyable Paris experience we were hoping for.
