"We had an issue with the AC but staff came and fixed it. Only decaf coffee packets available. No bedside lighting on the 3rd and 4th beds. But overall we loved the property. The location was perfect if you want to be in the middle of the action in old town."

"Not easy to find the reception. The staff is not helpful and food is just ok. The beds are comfortable but the sink is located in the bedroom area close to the bed which is annoying."

"This hotel quietly meets the needs of its visitors, from the well planned rooms, fabulous breakfast, of which there are three levels, to the honesty bar, a comfortable place to sit and read through art books. The staff on the desk could not be more helpful. Location opposite the Guggenheim museum and outdoor snack bar couldn’t be better. Without hesitation we’d stay here again. "

"Pablo told me to go to the wrong garage my rental was stuck there for Monday cause it was closed then charged me 127 euros to get it out Tuesday. Horrible advice "

"Decent 4 bed room. Sink in room, shower and toilet attached to room on either side. This makes reducing noise and light disturbance for other roomies difficult. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock."

"As a single traveler I found the hotel sufficient. Single room I had was on the smaller size even though the bathroom was spacious. My room was facing the back of the building so no view what so ever. The highlight was the breakfast at the hotel. Quite a good spread including good coffee and tea. The taxi to the hotel from the airport was 31 euro and took 25 minutes. there is a taxi stand right across the road and the entrance to the metro is 1 minute walk. Pintxos are everywhere which I loved....
