"Great location. Rooms were clean. Offsite parking for 49$. Rooms are really quite small. Very very slow and busy elevators. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. We kept being told someone would bring up a mini fridge to our room for our medications however it never got brought up and eventually after asking all day was told that they must be out. They did not follow up with us or offer us ice in the meantime."

"The rooms were bigger than expected! Very nice hotel and helpful staff. We arrived early than check in time was able to check in early for a fee. They had staff everywhere whom were very helpful with directions or if need any type of transportation. This was my second time staying here. Great location for all the things in the city!"

"No one answers the phone at the spa.
Bathtub clogged, engineering called and I was simply told the tub was not clogged so had to shower with water up to my ankles.
They do have a bar but it’s not well stocked.
The blinds in the room don’t hang properly, they’re wonky, and have to be moved by chain.
This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s not 3 either. Save your money and stay at a nice Hampton or Courtyard instead. This is a gross place, terrible staff."

"Room had trash under the beds. The property has no filtered water except in a vending machine.
Very good ac unit, free wifi, great views. Blue line train to and from airport and red line to and from wrigley field was awesome and cheap and right next to the hotel."

"This is a beautiful hotel that is certainly photo worthy and should be on the city tour. The staff was super friendly and helpful. What I liked mostly about this hotel is how it was located to most of my tours and was right across the street from the riverwalk and provided a great view. There was a little street noise, but it did die down after 11;00 pm."

"A lot of it was good, the rooms were very good. The AC was very good and the view from the bedroom. The only things I want to complain about is the expensive stuff and the TV in the bedroom not working/turning on. It costs a lot of money for car parking. The beds were one of the most comfortable stuff in the hotel."

"Our first time visiting Chicago and the hotel was hands down the best. Located in downtown Chicago, which made everything pretty much walking distance. The complimentary breakfast (buffet style) was great with many options to choose from. Staff were amazing and were kind enough to accommodate us with an early check- in (with an extra cost since we arrived in at 7:30am).
My one and only complaint was that it would have been nice to have our breakfast included with the early check in since we paid...
