Overall our stay here was great! It was quiet, clean & the pool was great! I gave 4 stars because the breakfast really wasn’t much. You could toast bread/bagels, they had oatmeal, cereal & a few breakfast sandwiches but they were cold & old. Otherwise our stay was great!

Staff were excellent and front desk came to our room to let us borrow a phone charger in the wee hours of the night when we desperately needed it! Would happily recommend and come back myself.

We absolutely loved the friendly staff, they way they made you feel like you were home with family. The breakfast was good. Over all the hotel was clean and taken care of.

Solid overnight stay.
1 night stay for our family. Room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating for the 3 of us. Nice to have a fridge. Slept well in the bed. Only downfall was the shampoo was empty in the shower. Other than that. Great stay. Breakfast was good

Not impressed with the condition of the property compared pictures on the website. Notable, though not over powering, nicotine smell; floors creaked amd were unlevel in some places; carpet had some tears and stains; doors did not latch well; not ventilated well enough to block out noise from other guest's rooms. Price fit the budget and slace was otherwise suitable for the stay. No complaints breakfast, staff, or location but would like to see some attention paid to those other issues.

GREAT STAY
I had looked up several hotels for our trip to Holiday World and they were not looking so great so I decided to go a little out of the way and stay here and I am so glad that we did. The service was excellent, cleaniness, breakfast was a great variety clean and super kind ladies. The room was so spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. The room had fridge, microwave, desk space, couch and much more. It was perfect for our family of 4. Plus I recommend the Red Robin nearby, great food and service.

The room was plenty big and clean for a family of five. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Room was very dirty upon check-in. Floor was filthy. Carpet was wet and turned socks black. Bathroom and kitchen floor were also dirty and sticky. Room was spacious but hard to enjoy when you knew the floors were so gross.

The hotel was fine however my room and in particular the bed and bedding left something to be desired. When I laid down for the night there was a disagreeable smell in the linen sheets. I couldn’t figure out what the smell was until morning and realized it was the smell of some kind of animal. Maybe a dog. I informed the desk clerk and she was apologetic and offered to change the linen. She informed me that the Hyatt company allows guests to bring pets into rooms. If this is the case, I think it policy should be revisited. That odor is retching and some people may have allergies to pet dander. Was this taken into consideration? If all Hyatt hotels now allow pets in the room, you have lost a valuable guest.

We had a room that smelled like a cat had peed all over the room. we went to the front desk several times and asked for another room when they didn't have another room. We asked for it to be cleaned. They sent someone to clean it and said it was the fridge and wanted to remove it. My husband got on his hands and knees to smell the fridge and it was not that. every corner of the room had an awful smell. The next day they sent someone into clean and alls they did was spray the corners of the room. It was awful, everything smelled by the last day, I was very upset that no one stepped up and did anything for us. I asked for the manager to come to the room and that never happen. I also came home and called the hotel to talk to a manager. The girl at the front desk informed me that he was in a meeting and would make sure he called me back after he got out of the meeting and he never called. So disappointed in this experience that i will never return.

Everything thing was great. The room, the service, the breakfast. But we did have some dishes in our room that could’ve been cleaner. Other than that it was great.
