"Ok"

"I had an amazing view and excellent service."

"Gorgeous hotel in a prime location off of the Magnificent Mile. Staff were incredible, buffet breakfast was the perfect way to start our day. My only issue was the amount of air freshener scent throughout the property. It was ok in the lobby but so so strong on our floor leading to our room. It was nauseating. Would definitely stay again and recommend"

"I had a great stay at this hotel! The experience was smooth, the room was comfortable, and everything was just what I needed. The staff was friendly, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend!"

"Great establishment, close to everything in walking distance, clean, nice staff"

"Employees were kind and helpful."

"Very creative Funky decor. Modern furnishings but some a little worn Beautiful corner room with balcony. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom with separate tub and huge shower. Great breakfast and dinner at restaurant. Was attending a conference at swissotel and was able to use connection pedway ( basement path) without exiting buildings. Was able to check in at about noon or 1 pm when I arrived. Requested and was granted late checkout. Great overall."
