"Highlights: Service & Staff: Staff members were attentive, friendly, and provided high-quality service. Housekeeping provided exceptional service by preparing special room decorations to acknowledge an anniversary celebration. Dining & Location: The hotel features a desirable location and offers a varied breakfast selection. Pool: The swimming pool facility met expectations. Areas for Improvement: Spa Facilities: Overall spa amenities are somewhat limited. While the sauna performed well, its capacity is small. The Jacuzzi was good once it started working. The steam room quality fell short of guest expectations."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Gloucester and was genuinely impressed. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully modern, and thoughtfully equipped (they even provide brollies, which was such a nice touch). The reception staff were super friendly, and our waitress at dinner was lovely, making the evening feel relaxed and welcoming. Dinner itself was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt fresh and comfortable. There were a couple of service issues worth mentioning. Breakfast was quite slow — I waited 30 minutes just for a cup of tea, and the team didn’t seem fully in sync. At one point I overheard a manager speaking sharply and dressing down an employee, which felt uncomfortable as a guest, (more so for him I’me sire). Later that evening, drinks in the restaurant took over 40 minutes to arrive, which was surprising given how good the dinner service itself was. Overall, though, this is a clean, modern, and stylish hotel with excellent staff in most areas, and I would stay again, especially if the restaurant becomes more coordinated."
