"Family room, two doubles. Was absolutely huge room had everything we needed"

" There was no storage for some clothing items. pants, socks, t shirts etc. There was no window opening presumably due to safety reasons and the air conditioning was very difficult to set correctly."

"Sadly nobody was around to check us in so we were waiting around in the lobby for a while trying to find a member of staff. When somebody finally arrived she was gruff and unwelcoming. The property and grounds are beautiful. The room was very pleasant and comfortable but unfortunately there was zero hot water so both my daughter and I had the joy of a freezing cold shower in the morning. "The room was spacious, large beds, ensuites and a lovely big living space. The lighting was a bit dim, more lamps would be good. Small things didnt work well, ie, no bedside lights, front door wouldnt lock (except for the yale), a bulb was out, we scouldnt get the phone to reception to work and wifi didnt work either. Some of the blinds need fixing too. However, lovely linen, comfy beds, great location and quiet. "
