SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Kearney Liberty North
4/10 Poor
"Very little privacy. I asked one of the staff members to switch rooms because the room next door to us was being loud and we could hear everything going on the other room. You can’t decompress and the walls provide no sound barrier.
The staff member said no you can’t switch rooms. The only thing he could do was to tell the room next to us to be quiet. So we checked out after being there for less than 6 hours. I don’t know what the policy is for this place regarding changing rooms, but the lack of people attending the hotel should have permitted us to leave our room and go to another room.
Overall, if you are looking for a place to relax after a long trip and have privacy. Don’t waste your time here. There is a reason this place is cheap. "
"Everything was outstanding. We would like to extend a big shout out to Wanda. My wife could not find her wedding band, so we were delayed searching for it. We arrived at the breakfast area at 10:01am and they had begun cleaning and putting things away. When we met Wanda, she listened to are predicament and took upon herself to make some things for us and treated us like royalty. She represents Dury extremely well. I hope they know what they have in her (i doubt they don't know) but she should get a raise or bonus!"
"This is a good hotel for a family that wants a mini vacation as they serve a hearty option of breakfast, the hotel did not seem huge to overwhelm finding your way, the pool area is simple and exciting to kids with the different depths, bright colours and themes."
"The area of the hotel was very sketchy. The hotel is going through a giant remodel so all the outside doors were not locked and anyone could get in. The room was clean and I am glad it didn't smell bad in the room like it did outside. I really don't know how this hotel had such great ratings. Maybe it will be better once all the rooms are fixed up."

"No. The morning on our first night we were extremely dis-satisfied with the complementary breakfast.
Both the sausage and the French toast were overdone to the extent that they could not be cut with a knife.
They also did not have any caffeine-free coffee.
Upon request they did brew some caffeine-free coffee and they did ask how long we would be staying and offered to brew some the remaining two mornings of our stay."
