Hotel murah di Excelsior Springs

"Non-smoking Room smelled like smoke. Had to agree to pay 350 room cleaning agreement to clean room if smoked in room. I don’t think they use the money to clean the room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, had to go to front desk to get some. The breakfast was complimentary and eatable but not worth any extra money. Staff was friendly no issues with check in or checkout. Plenty of parking and great location from the Royals stadium. "

"Clean economical place to stay. We spent 1 night while traveling. The breakfast was decent and enjoyable. Some fresh fruit was have been nice. Would stay again if traveling through the area."

"Breakfast had a good selection, average quality. I wish the bar would have been opened earlier. We were going to a baseball game and would have enjoyed a pregame cocktail. Room was ok, bed was not comfortable. There was only one hook for towels. If you use towel rack provided your towel would touch the ground. "

"Wow - this is quite the building. The history is an amazing story and the relics they have on display are fascinating. Make sure that you find George the Skeleton. Rooms are huge and super comfortable. "

"Gross! There was something splattered on the walls. The dresser had crumbs and a drink ring from the last guest. Covers were missing on the bathroom fan/light. An electrical outlet was coming out of the wall. The hall carpets were dingy. "Not so quality, Quality Inn"!"

"Room was a bit muggy and felt like the sheets were always wet. The power went out for quite a while and nothing was done and no one checked to see if guests were okay."

"Room was clean. Getting food was hectic, but we had never been there before so we didn't know what to expect and didn't check in early enough or think to reserve anything. We went for a show and it was fantastic."

"This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated."

"Hotel area is fine. Hotel & room seemed clean. Stayed 4 nights and did not receive any housekeeping services until we asked (asked for towels, 3rd night asked for more towels, removal of dirty/damp towels, and linen change. They claimed that we weren’t serviced because we had our door tag up, but we confirmed to them it was only up during sleeping hours! We were busy the entire time and therefore did not utilize any of their amenities. Will stay again. "
