It's an OK place in the good location. The property needs to be re-decorated. The bathroom is tiny and the bed is not that comfortable. No modern facility uch as Nespresso coffee machine, no bottle water.

Well located for shops and both Exeter Main and St. Davids railway stations. My room was compact but well thought out and well equipped. It was great to have a light next to the bed which you could turn off/on easily and the shower was good. Breakfast was first class, beautifully served and coffee one of the best. I would have liked more savoury options for the breakfast but that is just a small preference. Host was really helpful and very welcoming. I would stay here again.

Exceptional comfort in Exeter

Delightfully restored townhouse next door to a churchyard with modern conveniences. Very comfortable room with every detail thought of. En-suite bath was spotless. Quiet and comfortable with added plus of breakfast in bed if desired. Well located, easy walk from train station and town center.
