"The room was clean but very old looking and painted over. The beds was horribly uncomfortable. The first night there after driving 14 hours and after unpacking we turned the tv on to only have a big line going through the tv. We called the main desk and was told they could move us but right at that moment to next door. The people above us was extremely loud so we called the front desk to no results. The next 2 nights were mediocre but still loud. This building has no insulation in their rooms. The last night we didn’t sleep at all because there was so much noise from the above room that we weren’t able to sleep. The front desk was informed and we should have went to a different hotel but the room was prepaid. So we stayed. The pool was the worst not maintained at all. They have a steam room which was not usable and disgusting. The free breakfast was not good either. The bagels were hard as rocks and the sausage bad. The best thing was the waffles you made yourself. I am very disappointed because the photos of the hotel are beautiful. Please take my advise and do more research before you book and pay in advance."
