"The room was extremely disgusting. The walls, floors, ceiling, doors, towels were filthy. The staff was rude. There were old a/c units left outside about 40 of them. It look like a dump inside and out! "

I called the front desk multiple times — no answer. I left messages for management — no return call. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived, there were blood drops on the sheets and hard yellow stains on the covers. That is unacceptable. The TV didn’t even work. Between the noise, the filth, and the lack of response from staff, this stay...

"The interior of the room itself was clean and the family that runs the hotel was very nice and helpful however the walls are paper thin could hear the man next door on the phone all night, the hallways reeked like smoke and marijuana even tho our room was non smoking, there was no elevator and I had a bad knee and only room available was 2nd floor. High stairs was an issue but we made it after 3 nights. Just be aware of those issues. "

"Check in was painless and fast. Great customer service. Shower had hair and refrigerator was not properly cleaned, heard commotion from room above during the middle of the night, but other than that definitely a bang for your buck. Room was clean. Tv remote wouldn’t allow channel change. I will be returning in the future. "

I was told I could change them and they would bring some up. They never arrived. I never got maid service. No clean towels. I honestly want a refund. "
