"The hotel is in a great location. We had a garden room and it was lovely being able to sit outside in the evening. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was big with a lively separate sitting area. The only negative is that some bits of the hotel seem a little tired but that was a minor point."

"We have sent a message requesting shuttles to the airport for the next day. Upon check in, we were told that since we booked the hotel room through Expedia that the hotel staff does not read messages from Expedia. By then the shuttles we needed the next day were fully booked and we had to take a later one which was close to our flight time. We found the woman was rude and disinterested in our situation. She said you can just walk to the airport. I would never stay at this hotel again."

En effet, elle donnait directement sur l'entrée où les gens fumaient et la fumée rentrait directement par la bouche d'aération. Pour un hôtel qui est censé être non fumeur, cela est incompréhensible... On nous a finalement donné une autre chambre un peu plus loin, cela a été mieux"
