"Overall, the hotel was nice. The only issue was me booking through Expedia. I reserved two queen beds and I wind it up with one king bed because the hotel did not have any double beds available and I was informed that because I had gone through a third-party there was nothing they could do. That was sad but everything else was great."

"The staff were rude to myself and others when we arrived. I wasnt impressed. When we got up to take shuttle to airport the clerk at desk was watching videos on his phone and barely looked up at people coming up to desk. Everything else was clean and well managed. The hotel itself was nice."

"Everything was fine for our one night stay. I wasn't quite sure how the airport shuttle worked so we took a Uber. The front desk clerk was great but he really needed a second person. The line behind me was out the door and the phones were ringing. I felt that he handled it well but definitely needed a second attendant. Breakfast was good and there was enough seating."

"We had asked to check in early and they had told us yes it would be within an hour ! Three hours later at 3:00 pm we got our room ! I was disappointed in this we had made plans but cancelled them cause we were waiting on the hour time frame promised ! We saw tons of people check out cleaning staff was on duty you would have thought we could have gotten one room ready for us with two small children! "
