"This property is rude. The lady made a comment to my mother about how she shouldn't be tired she didn't walk mind you my mom is in a wheelchair because she can't walk far. We asked about a bottle of water we were told by the same lady those were for diamond members the gentleman behind the counter got us two bottles of water.
