"Element was a pleasant surprise!! Very spacious clean rooms and the hotel was easy to access! Parking is costly but we budgeted for it, so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was a hit and quite cozy. This will be my go to spot for future ATL endeavors!!"

"My daughter and I enjoyed every bit of our stay customer service was excellent. The downstairs restaurant amazing . Anything I asked for that completely recognized. This hotel was clean and welcoming every day we were there 4/17 late check in and check out was fast and no problem. They even help with bags to the uber and everything worked out good for our stay. "Had an excellent experience! I travel to Atlanta often to visit my son at Morehouse, and this has by far been my best stay. Ms. Ruby at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. As a solo traveler, she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning."

"Finding parking in the attached parking building took a very long time. The indoor pool had some weird stuff floating in the water which meant we had to try the outdoor pool and although it was clean it was very cold. The room was very nice with views of the city but we had barely enough toilet paper to get through the night. Love the location but traffic getting there takes forever."

"I booked with Expedia as I usually do. We'll this time was a disaster. The hotel itself was nice and that's about it.. I checked my card for something and saw that I had 3 different charges for my one night stay. I asked the clerk and she couldn't help. I called the hr 3 times and still no help. So I reached out to Expedia and they hung up on me...so at this point I am confused and madd! Make it make since!!!!!!!"

"The check in staff was very nice as was the bar area. The issue was more so with the cleaning staff who woke us up the day before we left asking if we had late check out even though our check out was the day after. Then on the day we left, woke us up again despite the DND sign at 9am when check out is at 11. Second, the location is not worth it unless you are attending an event at the Mercedes stadium. It is very unwalkable and dead after a certain time. The only way I’d rebook is if I was going...

"The property and building really created the value for the stay. But as far as the owners maintenance I would say was lack luster. Hair strands on the bed, fecal stains on the toilet seat, dirty dishes, no soap holder in the shower. All of these things that made me question the sanitation and comfort of my stay. The building and architecture of the room wad lovely. Owner pulled it down."

"I loved my stay but wished there was a fridge in the room. Everything was great. From the nicest check-in with Jamie to my checkout. When I used the text feature to ask for additional towels and the towels were at my room in less than 30 minutes. I was able to use the gym to workout like I wanted and had a great and comfortable stay. I would stay here again. "
