For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. "Loved our stay! So nice to have someone so easy, clean, and comfortable after a long day on the Camino. Initially we didn't have any check in details but after a quick call, that was sorted out immediately and we were allowed to check in earlier, meaning we didn't have to wait around all sweaty after our hiking. "Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de...

"We were only in this nh for a night and this was our third or fourth nh hotel ( after nh Toulouse airport, nh Bilbao and nh cuidad Santander ( we eventually finished our road trip in nh collection Zaragoza )) . The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. There is a nearby “Mercado” supermarket just beside the hotel . The parking was convenient. The best thing about this hotel was the cute lobby with its collection of books ( in English ) . The breakfast buffet was your typical nh buffet...
