"Loved this hotel. It was cut and charming. Not directly on the main road so its pretty quite, but the main road is basically just a long driveway so still super close. Front desk guy was super nice and helped us get a taxi to the train station. The view from the balcony was AMAZING."

"One of our best stays in Italy so far! Super easy to get to from the airport, just pick up your rental car and go. We arrived after the sun had set, even in the dark it was easy to find. Absolutely lovely, just like the pictures! I will say of all the places we have been in Italy, this was the most authentic and real Italian stay. We have been to the Dolomites, Venice, Florence and Rome-they all felt very tourist. This was Italy-exactly what you want to experience. You HAVE to enjoy the...

"We stayed one night. Unique location - no concerns. We enjoyed the spacious updated bathroom. Minimal contact with staff. Very quiet. Limited amenities. We did take ourselves on a little tour of historic rooms in the building. Would have appreciated if there was more signage/explanations of the history of the building."

"The host Rita was very accommodating, there was one hiccup with housekeeping, and she took care of it within minutes. The apartment was spacious, well kept comfortable and in a Beautiful location. I would definitely stay here again! "

"B&B molto bello, curato in ogni dettaglio. Letto comodo con lenzuola ricamate nel perfetto stile del B&B, pulito e buona la colazione che viene servita in uno spazio comune piacevolissimo. Tutti molto gentili, ci sono venuti in contro sia nell'orario di arrivo, che anticipando la colazione visto che dovevamo ripartire presto. Peccato averci trascorso solo una notte. Super consigliato."

"Boa localização. Quarto grande, mas sem conforto. No anúncio dizia que havia estacionamento sem custo, mas não se acha vagas e tem que deixar num estacionamento próximo que é pago e por tempo limitado. O banheiro é num nível mais alto que o quarto tem que subir 2 degraus para acesso. Box de banho muito pequeno e desconfortável. Diz que tem café da manhã, mas na verdade é deixado alguns produtos de baixa qualidade para você mesmo preparar."

"The staff was lovely and the area as perfect for exploring Orvieto. The room was clean though small with little space for suitcases or sitting anywhere but the bed. On nice days, this wouldn’t be an issue but it was rainy and cold while we were there so it did feel more limited."

"This place was perfectly adequate in every way. There are; however, train tracks right behind the property. Our toddler loved watching the trains, but it wasn’t exactly quiet. Parking was super easy and there’s a nice grocery store less than a 4”5 minute walk. Convenient to get to the train!"

"Struttura a dir poco meravigliosa, stanza grande pulita e molto ben arredata. Colazione abbondante e diversificare. Forse l'unica cosa che mi è mancata è stata la mancanza di una figura di riferimento...ma a parte questa piccolezza tornerò sicuramente in questo stupendo posto. Siete bravissimi."
