"Very nice hotel. We were only there for one night, so hard to a lot about the entire property. Everything we experienced was top notch. Very comfortable bedding, nice shower and amenities within the room. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. You do pay a little extra for the breakfast, but it is worth it in my opinion. I will stay again and highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn."

"Do not book this Motel 6 in Las Cruces. When I arrived, the front desk employee was in a heated argument with another customer who had also booked through Expedia. He was loudly insisting that the customer’s Expedia reservation did not exist. Before I could even attempt to check in, it was obvious this property was in complete disarray. "Overall it's good, little disappointed that my room didn't clean for my 2 nd night staying there."

"Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us."

"Room smelt like smoke and mildew with dirty/damp carpet. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and only one towel. Exterior door to the building did not lock or have key access- so anyone could walk in. Staff informed me that they typically rent these rooms as weekly rentals to the unhoused community, which is a great service but hard when you’re a travelling family looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night. Pool was also closed."
