"The day time staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. There was a smell in our room which was close to a stale cigarette smell but we adjusted. The breakfast was okay and we enjoyed the fresh fruit. We will stay again if we are in the area."

"Week run, friendly, gaming was fun spirited, breakfast at Emerils!! Nobu is a must have. We have loved the black cod with Miso for 14-15 years and it is solid on par as usual here. The location is perfect for anything you can really want to do. French Quarter walking distance, shopping on the river or high end on Canal. Trolly Jazxy pass for anything not walking distance. $3 a day. We will be back! Thank you NOLA!"

"The staff are friendly and helpful. The woman who seems to manage the on-site restaurant is exceptional. She was training two servers, one was an middle-aged gentleman who was having problems with the technology and efficiency and she was patient with him while also scrambling to make sure the guests were taken care of. The restaurant is good, although we only had breakfast there every morning. Coffee drinks are expensive but everything else was reasonable. Check in was great. Parking/valet...

"The facility was bland and void of any life save for the two war bodies behind the counter and a homeless person outside. Our room was uncleaned with duffle of clothes on the dresser. Pictures available. The American flag out front was weather worn to shreds. We didn’t walk, we ran from this place. If Expedia proceeds to bill us for this travesty, it will the end of OUR relationship with them. Radisson should be ashamed to be associated. "

"We’ve stayed in a wide range of places during our 15 years of annual trips to New Orleans, and I think this one will be right in the middle. It was fine. Not bad, not great, not memorable, probably wouldn’t go back.
They DID let us check in a few hours early with no charge since our room was ready, so that’s nice. The welcome at check-in was lukewarm — and no perks or benefits or anything. That’s fine.
My biggest qualm is that the photos posted here are misleading. The rooms don’t all have...

"We always enjoy our stays here. The location is the BEST. The staff is superb. Rooms are clean and nice and certainly all you need for rest and relaxation while in NOLA.
