The only issue we encountered was that the bathtub drains in our original rooms were clogged. We mentioned it to the front desk, and the staff were incredibly accommodating—they immediately switched us to rooms with walk-in showers, which worked perfectly. Pro tip: If possible, request a room with a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. The complimentary breakfast (6:00–9:00 a.m.)...

"For the most part this place ruled! It was quiet and comfortable and the rooms were clean! Ruthie at the front desk was helpful and funny and welcomed us on a friends trip to New York! The hotel was inviting, they had water available and we were explained all the things about the stay. I have just a couple areas to complain about (sorry).
